Origin of Japanese Bird Cooking Spaghetti

I'm sure you guys are well aware of Japanese Bird Cooking Spaghetti. You know, the cute 'lil supserstar that's even got sites named after it, numerous spin-offs, and still occasionally makes an appearance on /jp/? Of course, with the Captcha, Anonymous of Russian Confederation can't use his bot anymore, so it's not seen as much.

Regardless, I'm sure all of you have at least heard of it if you've yet to see it for yourself. But this bird is actually just lifted from a blogger who posts images of her birds being cute. I'm still not exactly sure where all the high-res images come from, considering all the images posted on her blog are low-res. I didn't bother looking that deep into it. My guess is that someone just spidered her blog and got the full sized images. Of course, she has images of her other birds as well, that some of you may have seen, such as the bird pushing the shopping cart (with spaghetti in it).

Of course, I'm sure the owner of this blog wouldn't have expected her precious little birds to evolve into something so huge. Actually, I wonder if she actually knows or not. People have posted "Japanese bird cooking spagetti" on her blog, but I'm not too sure if she actually knows the significance behind the posts or not. Don't feel like asking her really.
